Pedal assist problems

I have a Revenant V1 with the DP Co7.can display .Support tells me they can't understand my issue as I have explained below.

Pedal assist should cover the full range of power.
assist 1. cuts out at 7 miles per hour
assist 2. cuts out at 12
assist 3. cuts out at 17
assist 4. cuts out at 22
assist 5. is full on assist

My problem is:
All 5 assist levels cut out between 22 miles per hour to full on assist.

I don't have any low or mid-range assist levels .
The display does not offer any way to reset each level.
Having 5 levels of pedal assist all pilled up in the high range is useless.
No software is available to reset this display/controller.

Any ideas. Do I have to replace my display/controller?

Support is just ignoring me. I can't say I am at all impressed with Nireeka at all.
