Prime bike Battery won’t charge

Have tested both battery and charger with a multimeter with good readings on both. Tried charging the battery both off and on the bike at different outlets. Fuse in battery looks OK too. Any ideas on other options I can try? Would like to be able to ride my bike. Thx!
