Lack of power

I have the Nireeka Revenant 1000w model. This is the first e bike I have owned a ridden so I have nothing to compare it to. I rode a 750w (different manufacturer) and noticed it has substantially more power than mine. Nireeka rep is trying to tell me that there is nothing wrong with mine and different variables contribute to how much power the bike actually has. How can he be so sure there isn’t an issue with mine? I’m also having issues with the power assist stopping in the middle of a ride. Usually turning the power off and back on fixes the issue, but it does it often. Anyone else have similar issues?
