In this video the key step I am stuck at is not shown. The right side front axle nut is removed. Then the video skips to inserting the thru-axle from the opposite (left) side. It APPEARS that only the right side nut is removed, then the axle assembly easily slips out to the left side, with the left side nut (with the clockwise arrow and torque specs) still intact. But the video does not SHOW that. In my case, after the right side nut is removed, the axle absolutely will not move, will not slide out, does not rotate. What the ...? I currently have an expensive doorstop, with a wooden shipping brace still in place in the front fork. What next?

Chris, if you look at the Unboxing video, you will see that it does not depict the actual removal of the axle assembly from the fork. Video skips at that point to re-inserting the axle assembly with the front wheel in place. Likewise with the guy who didn't notice the bushings. His video does not show the removal of the axle assembly, but skips from removal of the right-side 22mm nut, to then inserting that axle shaft with the wheel in place. Pictures and instructions in the User's Manual offer me no clue as to why my front axle assembly will not come out, won't rotate, won't move, solidly frozen, even w/ both the right-side 22 mm nut and the 4 smaller bolts at the fork ends removed. I am unable to get the axle assembly out of the fork, and am unable to visualize accurately what might be going on inside that would result in firmly stuck axle assembly. I've put significant anti-clockwise torque on the left-side allen nut, so it is stripped. I've tapped on the exposed end of the axle shaft on the right side, without benefit. I need guidance on how to proceed, such that I don't damage the fork itself. I've ordered new axles. Thanks.
