23 months, 1 week and 5 days. And still waiting. That's right. i paid for my Prime almost TWO YEARS ago. I've opened two support tickets asking
"what's up with delivery?" .... the only reply received has been

"Someone will get back to you."  Then ... SILENCE.

Call me a "less than pleased, prepaid customer."

My order came in 7 months. battery charge not working . wrong tires installed front and back. rear tire rubbing lower frame . I have yet to taken a ride on my new prime. good luck with your order. It sure is a nice bike to look at sitting in my shop.

Nireeka Prime A4

I order two Nireeka Prime A4 on May 23, expected delivery was supposed to be around end of July to beginning of August. After seeing the dashboard stuck at 80% into October I reached out to Nireeka, they let me know about the factory shutdowns ( understandable). About 3 weeks ago the dashboard was updated to boxed and shipped, shipping details still show that both bikes are at port of orgin with a UPS label created. Yesterday the first of two showed up on a Fedex truck. All a bit confusing, but I'm happy with how things went and I'm please with the bike so far. Thanks Shaun. I have expected 4-5mo, but I am still irrationally hoping for less.  How are you liking it? Any complaints/frustrations?

6 weeks in and just hit 80% for my Prime.  How long as the build taken for others? This is painful to wait, and then know there are still ~2 months for shipping.

Manufacturing time?

I received the Torque Sensor Package today, but it did not come with any installation instructions.
Do you have any instructions or videos to help me with the installation process?

you can order a kit here or buy an adapter cable but for this kind of money should be included. I got mine on.

Headlights?

So I'm biking home tonight... and this thing shows up out of nowhere.   I now know that I can forcefully bunny-hop the Nireeka Homie in a pinch.   Emergency hopping a combined ~114kg (250lbs) was not fun, but I am not dead, and the bike took it like champ.   Almost 1000km ...

Hi, I am interested  in purchasing a prime and wondering where you take your bike for service or any warranty work? Are there any options for service in Winnipeg. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
