so far i can say the nireeka support is ok, i did have to spend a little money to have it chaeck by professionals, and nireeka send me a new battery, it took around 3 weeks, oh well whos counting at this point,,,, now it work fine

I got my bike last Saturday order number 8916, I have it assembled and checked but an ebike specialist, brought it home and charge the battery overnight, the bike come with 19% charge, so after overnight it only goes to 49%, I notice the charge ( quick charger) fan isn’t spinning, I took the bike for a first ride with mode 1, in 3 min the battery drop from 49 to 19 %, where’s the quality in it, I paid for all the upgraded product and it seem to be a lemon, I paid so much money not to end up with a heavy bike that I can’t ride, I need an expedited solution
