So - a quick update. Looks like my Prime has been sent back to the (UK) warehouse - which appears to be in Poland??? I have to say that Younes Shojaie (CEO) is being incredibly helpful. I have had to contact DPD myself on several occasions to ask various questions. It now looks like redelivery will be attempted by another UK courier company. If anyone has any recommendations? I passed back DHL, UPS and Parcelforce…

what about DPD ?  their suppose to be good :)

Yes Neil - I thought so. I think they’ve dropped the ball recently. They are not consistent even with standard items…left on the front door step…left on the wrong door step…or not delivered at all…as with my Prime ??!!

The warehouse is in Poland and the "returning" here means to the courier warehouse, not China.

So that is why it takes 4 to 6 months to get to the UK ?   Because Poland to the UK should really only take 4 to 6 weeks !

No the bikes ship from the main factory in China to the distribution center in Poland.

We're not sure why they're returning the bike, tho.

Have they called/emailed you at all?

Ah - sorry Max - just seen this. Zero contact from DPD. I had to phone them and they could only tell me it was a system error that meant the bike kept bouncing back. Maybe don’t use DPD again?

This is one of my fears about buying off nireeka  :(  i,m in the UK too  i just find it strange that they haven't got a warehouse in Europe yet ! i know other Chinese companies who sell e-bikes have distribution centres in the UK and Europe !

Looks like my Prime won’t be delivered and is probably on its way back to China this week…absolute rubbish.
I will inform here of the outcome and to be fair to Nireeka the CEO is trying to assist personally to get it delivered. I remain sceptical and annoyed!!

Very poor - 3 month wait for my Prime and DPD fail to deliver to me in London UK

I received the Torque Sensor Package today, but it did not come with any installation instructions.
Do you have any instructions or videos to help me with the installation process?

- Important: You need a 48V battery & 500w Moter.

Dammit. Still leaves a 1mm gap between the bottom bracket frame and the RHS lockring. Maybe spacers are needed on both sides... I dunno.  Buy a motorbike

So I'm biking home tonight... and this thing shows up out of nowhere.   I now know that I can forcefully bunny-hop the Nireeka Homie in a pinch.   Emergency hopping a combined ~114kg (250lbs) was not fun, but I am not dead, and the bike took it like champ.   Almost 1000km ...

If you have a Bosch e-bike light kit, keep in mind that turning on the headlight also turns on the backlight at the same time. It uses a single switch to control both lights. 1. Locate the (+) button on one of the handlebars, next to the tiny LCD monitor. 2. To turn on the light, press and hold the (+) button for no more than three seconds.
