Tall Rider and Frame size

I am 6'3" with a 34" inseam, I am trying to determine if the Large frame (19") will fit. In the support FAQ, they state a frame size M = 19" and L = 21", however in the Prime configurator they list a large frame is 19" -- conflicting with the FAQ guidance. If someone could tell me the length between the top of the seat post (on the frame) to the handle bar stem (on the frame) and verify the length between the top of the seat post (on the frame) to the crank on the "large 19" frame (which I assume is 19") -- that would be helpful. Thanks!
