In this video the key step I am stuck at is not shown. The right side front axle nut is removed. Then the video skips to inserting the thru-axle from the opposite (left) side. It APPEARS that only the right side nut is removed, then the axle assembly easily slips out to the left side, with the left side nut (with the clockwise arrow and torque specs) still intact. But the video does not SHOW that. In my case, after the right side nut is removed, the axle absolutely will not move, will not slide out, does not rotate. What the ...? I currently have an expensive doorstop, with a wooden shipping brace still in place in the front fork. What next?

Chris, did you figure out how to install your gear shift sensor?  I don't understand why the Prime does not come standard from factory with one installed.  Things are sure to break without one.  Placed my order the other day and am thinking I may cancell.  Concerned about gear shift sensor, lack of Ebrake/brake sensor/brake cut off system, and now reading about how using throttle and pedals at same time will cause damage.  Concerned.

So I'm biking home tonight... and this thing shows up out of nowhere.   I now know that I can forcefully bunny-hop the Nireeka Homie in a pinch.   Emergency hopping a combined ~114kg (250lbs) was not fun, but I am not dead, and the bike took it like champ.   Almost 1000km ...
