Standard Color options - matte or gloss finish?

My question is this;

The standard color offerings for the Prime are Black and White - are those gloss finish or matte finish? I see both gloss black and matte black frames on Nireekas instagram page so I know they can do both. Which is it?

and I found I have bent my deraileur hangar
I heard from support that I need a hangar extender
can somebody show me a picture of their Hangar and extension set up?

Battery not charging

Hello I have a prime with an 840 battery
I rarely use the bike today I noticed it does not turn on. The battery was plugged in for 2-3 hours and nothing.

The bike is garaged kept has less than 155 kilometres. What is the problem?
