RETURN POLICY:
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if the product is faulty or any damage occurred during the shipping process, you may return it to us within two days of the delivery for a store credit or exchange.
Nireeka reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging or an identical package as the original, and mail your return to an address provided to you after creating a new ticket.
Additional fees may be subtracted from your initial payment if any damage is found on the frame or parts. Please allow at least ten days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
CROWDFUNDING REFUNDS:
The contributions that have been made on Indiegogo are not eligible for a refund.
