My battery doesn't get charged! What should I do?
Since all the batteries' output voltage is 48V, the output voltage of the charger should be about 53-54v. Measure the output voltage of the charger. Connect the positive probe to the internal pin of the charger jack and the negative probe to the external surface of the jack and make sure the multimeter has set on 200V.
The picture below shows how to do it.

The battery is fully charged but the bike doesn't turn on or gets off after a few seconds. What the problem might be?
Possibly, there is a broken connector behind the lower battery bracket inside of the frame. In order to have access to this bracket, remove the battery, then unscrew the bolts on the bracket and check if the cables/connectors behind it are intact. Please note that to not completely take out the bracket from the frame since it's connected to the motor. The attached picture shows where the bracket has been placed.
In addition, we need you to measure the output voltage of the battery using a Multimeter.
