Mega 1500

I received the bike in Korea on September 25, 2024.
After assembling and test driving, everything is perfect. It is a recommended bike.

I will ride it for another week and get more experience.

Pedal assist problems

I have a Revenant V1 with the DP Co7.can display .Support tells me they can't understand my issue as I have explained below.

Pedal assist should cover the full range of power.
assist 1. cuts out at 7 miles per hour
assist 2. cuts out at 12
assist 3. cuts

Hall sensor error code 08

My motor on my nireeka revenant 1000 just doesn’t even work. It gives me error code 08. I just texted nireeka so hopefully they will cover it since I got my bike 1 week ago. Also came with a bent rotor which I had to replace and hopefully they can

I received the Torque Sensor Package today, but it did not come with any installation instructions.

Losing Motor Power

Just got my Revenant and I've only been on maybe 5 rides with it so far. But now it seems like the PAS/Torque sensor cuts off power from the motor randomly while I'm pedaling. Any info on how to fix this?
