RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Return & Refund Policy.
Nireeka reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
RETURNS
All returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be
in new and unused condition, together with all the original tags and labels attached. The
shipping cost for returning to our warehouse in your country (if there is any) will be on the
customer.
If we don't have a warehouse in your country, the bike needs to be shipped back to our nearest
warehouse.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original
packaging or
an identical package as
original, and mail your return to an address provided to you after creating a new ticket.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your
return.
In general a 35% fee will be deducted from your order to cover the shipping and warehousing costs.
If any damage is found on the frame or any of the parts, additional fees may be subtracted from your
original payment.
Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
REFUNDS
All Nireeka Direct Sales (Nireeka.com Website) are eligible for a Full Refund up to 48 hours after
placing the order.
After that, a fee of 20% will be deducted from your order. This is due to the fact that each bike is
custom built to order.
Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used to place the order. It may take up
to
7-10 business days to process for all Credit Cards.
For all Crowdfunding Campaigns, we can only offer a 75% refund of the contributed
amount (This is due to the deducted crowdfunding platforms fees).
Approved Crowdfunding refunds will be issued via various Payment Methods depending on each
country (Transfer Fees apply).
We do not accept refund if:
- The bike is shipped and it's in the courier's hand so we have no control over it unless it
will be delivered to you, then you can proceed with the return.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please create a new
ticket to arrange a refund or exchange.
