Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for each bike is different and is clearly mentioned under the Add to Cart button on the product page. Please review this information before ordering.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your destination country.
Courier & Customs Delays
Please note that shipping delays caused by the courier or customs authorities are beyond Nireeka’s control. Occasionally, customs may hold packages for investigation, or couriers may experience delays due to congestion at ports or other logistical issues. In such cases, you can follow up directly with the courier using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
Any destination country taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@nireeka.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
