GENERAL WARRANTY
We have a one-year or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers) warranty on our bikes whichever comes first. Some parts are excluded. Please check the terms below for more information.
With the extended warranty, coverage is increased to four (4) years or 6,400 miles (10,400 kilometers) whichever comes first. This extended coverage provides four times the duration and mileage of the standard warranty. Some parts are excluded. Please refer to the terms below for full details.
We offer a lifetime warranty on the frame for the entire ownership of the original purchaser, only if the extended warranty is purchased, and as long as the bike model remains in production. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects on bikes manufactured by us. Under the standard warranty, the frame, fork, and rear shock are covered by a 2-year warranty. Rider and equipment weight limit is 265 lbs / 120 kg total, including the rider and all equipment. The frame number must be visible and clearly readable. IMPORTANT: If the frame, fork, or any component is damaged during shipping, you must open a support ticket and notify us within 24 hours of delivery in order to proceed with a return or replacement.
We have a one-year or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers) warranty on the motor. The serial number printed on the motor should be seen clearly or the warranty will be voided.
We have a one-year or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers) warranty on the battery. The serial number printed on the battery should be seen clearly or the warranty will be voided. No visual defect should be on the battery housing. The battery should be kept 90% or more charged if you do not use the battery for more than a month or the cells will expire and our warranty does not cover that.
Carbon fiber forks are covered by a one (1) year warranty or 1,600 miles (2,600 kilometers) from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Suspension forks are covered by a two (2) year warranty under the standard warranty, and a four (4) year warranty under the extended warranty.
Front and Rear suspension components are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase or 1,600 Miles (2,600 Kilometers)

What Voids Your bike's Warranty?

SALVAGE TITLE
If your bike was in a severe accident and was given a salvage title or declared a total loss, your entire warranty is voided.
Potentially, anything outside of the normal operation of the bike can be considered misuse.
If your bike was damaged in a fire, flood, earthquake or any other environmental disaster, we will not honor your warranty.
If your bike's odometer has been disconnected, tampered with or replaced, we cannot determine the exact mileage.
If you fail to service the parts during their scheduled maintenance, we're not responsible for repairing any damage to the bike/parts.
Having an aftermarket part or modifying your bike will void your warranty.
If you move the bike to another city or country, since we have no control over the transportation method used to move the bike, in case of any damage to the frame, fork, or any other parts, during shipping or after using the bike in the new location, your entire warranty is voided.
If you fail to follow the user's manual instruction entirely regarding assembly, usage of the bike, and the trails you're allowed to use the bike, your entire warranty is voided.
Every bike is designed to be used on a specific trail, road, and conditions explained in the user's manual. If you use the bike in any condition not defined in the user's manual, your entire warranty is voided.

Warranty Exclusion

WEAR AND TEAR
Normal wear and tear (Including Cassette, Derailleur, Chain, Brake pads, Tires and etc)
Any lost part or component. If something is missing at delivery, it should be reported to us through official channels in not more than 2 days
Damage caused by accidents, neglect, or abuse. You should provide enough pictures requested by The Nireeka team as evidence.
Improper assembly, please check the user’s manual and unboxing video as reference.
Improper follow-up maintenance.
Modification or alteration of the frame or original components like making holes, cutting, or anything similar. painting the frame or partially, doesn't consider as modifications.
Direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages for personal injuries, property damage, or economic loss
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
Transport charges for replacement parts or the bike if it's shipped to us for maintenance or repair.
Issues relating to branded original components, such as Shimano or Bafang are the responsibility of the appropriate component manufacturer’s warranty and subject to their terms and conditions. In the case of branded components failing, please raise a ticket who will liaise with the relevant distributor on your behalf.

How to claim Warrany?

Claim Warranty

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Step 1. Provide Visual Evidence:
    • Send us clear and detailed pictures and videos of the defective or damaged part.
    • These visuals must clearly demonstrate the issue to allow our mechanics to accurately assess the problem.
  2. Step 2. Internal Review:
    • We will review your claim and the provided evidence within 1-3 business days.
    • During this time, we will internally discuss the issue and determine if a simple solution or replacement part is the most appropriate course of action.
  3. Step 3. Replacement Part Shipment:
    • If a replacement part is deemed necessary, we will ship it to you promptly.
    • You will be responsible for returning the defective part to us in the original packaging of the replacement part.
    • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
  4. Step 4. Installation Instructions:
    • Upon your request, we can provide you with installation instructions for the replacement part.

    Please note that labor costs associated with the installation of replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Warranty Exclusions:

    This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

    • Improper installation or misuse.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
    • Accidental damage.
