Problems with my new Revenants

I have recently purchased two Revenants. I really like the bikes but I’m having a few problems. One. The odometer stops keeping track of the mileage after 20 minutes of riding Two the power is shutting off while riding up hill. I’m 60 years old and weigh 165 pounds and the inclines I’m riding are not very aggressive, so I’m not pushing the bike very hard and it turning off even though I have 80% of the battery left. We have the 1,000 watt motor and the 840 battery. I also can’t find any info on the display that came with bikes on line. We received the bikes June of this year (2023).
