Still No Tracking on ABS Replacement Sensor

Hopefully this will get me a response.
My ABS sensor replacement has been “packed” since 8/22/23 on my 12/7/22 Revenant order which was delivered 5/16/23 with a defective sensor (non functional).
I havent had a reply in 3 weeks in SUPPORT.
Website chat has no response (delivered but not read).
No replies from Max via email.
What’s going on?
Defective parts can be understood.
The lack of prompt communication cannot be reasonably explained away.
