I received my Revenant a little earlier then expected, it’s a bit cold so I haven’t really gotten to get out on it for other then a few minutes, it went together flawlessly but the reason of this post is to praise Jack in customer service….
I love the bike , didn’t realize how much bike it is, was confused as to how to use the controls, got a little frustrated because I wasn’t aware of all the online help available..
So I tortured Jack with a plethora of questions , which he patiently answered and walked me through the issues, but the response time to my questions was almost immediate….never experienced such incredible communication…
It was well worth the wait and seems like a real value to what’s somewhat comparable…the online communication may be better then if I bought it locally in a bike shop….
