Wayne, the only thing you need to do is to loosen the side screws of the stem, remove the little black plastic cap of the top of the stem. Tighten the top screw first, then tighten the side screws.

You can try Topeak racks. They're compatible with the Revenant.

I did it with a regular bike rack. I wouldn’t suggest this on a high way trip but local should be no problem. I also locked the front wheel. I also pulled 2 muscles in both my arms and done in my hernia lifting that bike up and down trying to find the right spot. So beware. E-bikes are heavy. Also get some rubber underneath the clips so they don’t scratch your car. You can order them on Amazon. I had some roofing rubber laying around and made my own.

Mike, I believe the support team already explained that we have revised the Mega mold to improve it in some areas where there were complaints by the customers. Jason, I recommend inspecting the headset bearings. You should also check the fork dropout and tire pressure.

You need to remove the motor from the frame to plug the light. Please share the headlight connector so I can confirm it's compatible.

There is! The gyro is not so sensitive, and you need to brake a little hard to trigger it, otherwise it will light on on every road bump.

The magnet on your rear wheel is not aligned with the speed sensor on the rear swing arm. It's a one-minute fix. Just contact the support team through your dashboard and they'll send you the instructions.

No the bikes ship from the main factory in China to the distribution center in Poland.

We're not sure why they're returning the bike, tho.

The warehouse is in Poland and the "returning" here means to the courier warehouse, not China.

Jeff, all the Prime bikes after Jan 2021 come standard with Shift Sensor. Most of the reviews are from the bikes before that date; there are thousands of bikes, of course.

After adding the shift sensor and changing some of the drivetrain components, we barely had this issue again.

One thing that you need to bear in mind is that the shift sensor protects the drivetrain when you're shifting however, it cannot detect if you're in the correct gear when you start riding and if you're on the highest PAS/Sport mode.

Here are some riding tips:
- Don't start from the highest gear (same for the non-ebikes)
- Don't start on PAS 3 or higher
- Don't start full-throttle

You don't start driving your car from gear 5 or full-throttle, do you? :)

One green-One red means that the charger is not charging the battery. When charging, there should be two red lights and you can hear the fan.

Please try charging the battery when it's on lower percentage, If the charger doesn't work, it should be defective. Just a ticket in your dashboard and we'll send you a replacement right away.

Jeff, there is no brake sensor on the Prime since we're using Shimano hydraulic brakes and there is no built-in sensor on these brakes. However, we have shift sensor that shuts the motor off when shifting the gear to protect the drivetrain.

It's almost impossible to Bunny Hop a hub-motor ebike but still you can give it a try!

The torque sensor senses the force you're applying to the pedals, so the motor provides the appropriate torque based on that.

If you get the power when you're pushing the pedals, you do have a torque sensor on your bike.

If you share a picture of your sprocket, I can show you where the torque sensor is in the picture.

Your wheel size is 27.5" so you can set the wheel size on the display to 27".

We don't have this feature on our bikes as of yet. The reason is that the Shimano brake levers don't have the required sensors.

We're using nb-IoT and cat-m1 that have nothing to do with 2G. The module is sim7600g-h (4G compatible). The standard version will have the promised features while the upgraded version comes with many more features.

It's been a few months since the latest update about the NSD. The good news is that while the NSD is in the latest stages and a demo video will be published next week, the Android/iOS app is also ready and you will be able to download it very soon.
 
As the above picture suggests, NSD is a part of a triangle that makes your bike smart while each part is independent and can work seamlessly without the other parts. Mainly, the NSD is responsible for gathering data from the bike and is the bridge to the bike's controller, the application is responsible for some analysis and controlling the settings, the CP (customer panel) is a comprehensive control or command center for all happening in this triangle. We also use the CP (admin side) for diagnosing the bike remotely using online and real-time statistics.

In addition, the CP will be used for sharing your riding records with the other Nireeka owners on the forum

You're welcome. They have 10 dealerships in Taiwan. There is nothing left there, not even one wheelset. But you might be able one from your local bike shops and swap.

The first problem you explained is about calibration and it should be solved, as you mentioned, by adjusting the derailleur.

However, we had some reports from customers about the chain slipping. In some cases, their derailleur hangers bent during shipping and you need to fix it or replace it to solve the issue. Please ask the bike shop to investigate this first of all. 

P.S. As mentioned on page 23 on the user's manual, you should not shift the gears when you’re on full throttle/PAS 3 or the gears might be damaged because this motor is the most powerful model on the market and you need to be a little nice to your gearset. This will also cause slipping.

a: If your order number is less than 6434 and you have normal color, the bike will be shipped before the end of July.
b: The remaining will be shipped in August.

2. Assembly /w frame number: In this case, you will see an estimated shipping and delivery date on your customer panel.

Your bike should be in one of the below stages:

1. Shipped: You already received an email confirming this. We have added a feature to our website for tracking the orders.

The reason is the manufacturing cost. The parts on the 4G versions are 2X more expensive than the 2G.

The device will update itself when it's connected to the internet. It will be for upgrading/updating/bug fix and etc.

That's more like a DIY project. There is no standard way to do so, at least I haven't seen any. You can share some picture of your model?

1- All the latest updates about the NSD will be posted here. If there is nothing new, it means there was not any progress.
2- It's 2G by default and free for the backers.
3- We will let yo know when you can upgrade. First, we need to be sure about production lead time.

You wouldn't receive the 2G version without a prior notice.

We're currently testing the alpha version. The testing should be done in the next two weeks and we will go for the beta version production after that.

After having a long delay due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic, our Alpha version of NSD is finally ready. There will a 2 week testing period and after that, the Beta version of NSD will be ready for testing which needs another 2-3 weeks. We would need 3 of our backers to test the Beta version. After reviewing the test result, we will commence mass production.

There are different options/accessories for the Revenant that are listed but don't give an explanation or benefits over the stock configuration.  Can you offer an explanation for the following upgrades:   Shimano SLX Groupset, Deore XT breaks, and torque sensor?  I'm 6'3" and about 235 lbs (107kg) and will be primarily used for a 35km daily commute in a reasonably hilly urban setting where it rains about 15% of the time.  My city has well-developed bicycle lanes.  I've put in an order for the 1000W bike and wonder if I need any of the upgrades from what I've ordered.
