So I'm biking home tonight... and this thing shows up out of nowhere.   I now know that I can forcefully bunny-hop the Nireeka Homie in a pinch.   Emergency hopping a combined ~114kg (250lbs) was not fun, but I am not dead, and the bike took it like champ.   Almost 1000km ...

Hi, I am interested  in purchasing a prime and wondering where you take your bike for service or any warranty work? Are there any options for service in Winnipeg. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Gotchya, thanks for the response. It would help to have a manual for the Nyx. There's only the Prime and Homie manuals.

Max, you say that all backers get this controller for free, is that for the Indiegogo campaign? And does that mean if we get the bike before this is finished that it will be shipped when it is finished?
Edit, is it for the Prime campaign or the Homie campaign?

I ordered a Prime, what problems have you heard they have?

There were two issues.
1. Battery auto-off: You needed to remove the battery and turn it on manually if you didn't use it for more than 10-12 hours.
SOLUTION: We re-programmed the battery BMS so there is no auto-off function anymore.

2. Derailleur alignment: The bikes with the 11S Sunrace cassette had a problem with covering all the gears especially lower gears.
SOLUTION: We added a derailleur extender and replaced the sunrace cassette with Shimano XT.

I have a Nyx and there's like zero documentation that I can find. There's a button on the side by the key hole. WHAT DOES IT DO?!

Justin, in some versions, you need to press this button to turn the bike on. It's the battery power button. In some cases, the battery doesn't have this feature.
