Hi, I am interested  in purchasing a prime and wondering where you take your bike for service or any warranty work? Are there any options for service in Winnipeg. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

My Revenaunt shipped out June 25th, arrived July 15th.   I had an arrival date of August 15th.

I did.   I was on the brakes so hard I almost flipped the bike.  And still no brake light came on.

My Revenant I ordered on Feb. 16th  fianlly just was marked as Packed  So from order to pack took exactly 3 1/2 months.   Now waiting on a boat and then shipped  so probably waiting another 3-4 months.  Which I agree with you way to long to wait for a bike.   But my gripe and this is merely my opinion is I think hub motors are the way to go on ebikes.  I mean  nothing gets destroyed like  a mid-drive does to the drivetrain.  I don't know about you but I for one don't have the money to keep changing out chains, cassesttes, chainrings etc.  every few months.  To me the performance to dollars isn't there for me for a middrive ebike.  I have a girlfriend that takes my money.  I don't need my ebike doing the same lol

If I may ask ask I'm a little confused about your power settings there level 3-5 I thought the Revenaunt is only 1000watt hub motor.  How are your getting 1500 watts.  just a liittle confused there

No the NSD isn't out yet.  There hasn't been a update for a year now.  They have been working on it for years and from reading the forums about it Customers are getting frustrated about it.

I just ordered mine last week except mine is the Revanent  not the Prime.  However if you go onto the bike's page  that you want to order  in the lower left you should see an estimate shipping date and delivery date.  Like mine said will ship in early April and arrive in Early June.  You may get your's earlier than that.  It depends on what bike you choose, color, and any upgrades you choose.  I hope this helps

Yes i agree ! i have read an article about Nireeka saying that they are the only company to have a custom built e-bike  where people can add different parts ,so no 2 bikes will be the same ! i'm guessing this is why the delivery times are so different ,because they could have 20 bikes to ship and a high percent of them will have different components !

Yes they are made to order ,but the basic bikes only have extra parts added that you choose to add ,but they shouldn't really take as long as some people have mentioned in this forum !

On the sales page for the Revenant It says that the tail light is a "Smart Light" That havs a gyro when using the brake a brake light will come on.  However talking to other Revenant owner's and my own experience this past week owning mine.  That tail light does ...

There is! The gyro is not so sensitive, and you need to brake a little hard to trigger it, otherwise it will light on on every road bump.

You can ask someone to film you when you're braking so you'll see it.

As I wait for My Revenant I wonder what is the actual range on the Prime or if you have a Revenant what is true range you can get out of it on a single full charge?  I am use to riding a normal bike 50-100 miles at a time. ...

I just received my Revenant and with a full battery the bike range readout for the 5 power levels show: 1-97 miles; 2-68 miles; 3-52 miles; 4-37 miles; 5-34 miles. At any one of the levels I would guess your range to be lower depending upon terrain.
