Prime street tyres…??

Can anyone recommend a good quality ‘Road’ tyre for my Prime? I’m in London UK and will be mainly be on the streets…low rolling resistance and puncture resistant too??

Gears on the Revanant

I just ordered the Revanant with the Shimano XT groupset. Does anyone know the cassette gear ratios (number of teeth of each gear 11-speed) and the chainring number of teeth? Thanks

Hi all I have a friend in the UK who has ordered a e-bike from a very well known Chinese company (no names mentioned ) and from ordering to delivery it took him 3 days to receive the bike ! I will add that the warehouse is in the UK

Kick Stand?

Anyone know what kickstand to buy for the Prime?? There’s a mount hole and recessed rectangle under the motor which seems to be the place??

Kickstand missing putting together my Prime.

Does the bike come with a kickstand or do I have to contact customer support?

Very poor - 3 month wait for my Prime and DPD fail to deliver to me in London UK

Looks like my Prime won’t be delivered and is probably on its way back to China this week…absolute rubbish.
I will inform here of the outcome and to be fair to Nireeka the CEO is trying to assist personally to get it delivered. I remain sceptical and annoyed!!

Drink bottle and cage

Been trying to find a suitable drink bottle that fits the cage as there is not much room has anyone had any luck? I really like the camelback insulated bottles as the valve is excellent. Doesn’t fit this bike tho! Maybe Nireeka can come up with one? Or have different
