Hall sensor error code 08

My motor on my nireeka revenant 1000 just doesn’t even work. It gives me error code 08. I just texted nireeka so hopefully they will cover it since I got my bike 1 week ago. Also came with a bent rotor which I had to replace and hopefully they can take care of that too since all the components are under warranty for over a year
