Revenant - charger/ battery issues?

Got my bike. Tried charging (fast charger). Green led light 1 stays green after 8hrs and led 2 stays red (vs turning green?). Not charging… what’s going on?

Are these o-rings just a “travel indicator” for your air shocks? I just got my Revenant yesterday (my very first e-bike) and am trying to familiarize myself with the components.
