Are the disc brakes hydraulic, or mechanical on the Prime A4 ?

Jason, all our brakes on all the models are hydraulic. We do not use mechanical brakes.

I am 6'3" with a 34" inseam, I am trying to determine if the Large frame (19") will fit.  In the support FAQ, they state a frame size M = 19" and L = 21", however in the Prime configurator they list a large frame is 19" -- conflicting with ...

The L frame size is definitely perfect for you (6'3" with a 34" inseam).

Just wondering will the charger work in the UK? or would i need a Adapter ?? Thanks

All our chargers are universal and are compatible with 110-240V.

This is the video that convinced me to finally commit to buying a Prime A4. Nireeka, you should give this fellow a bump, send him an extra battery or something. He's definitely put your product in a good light on Youtube.

Since shifting is sometimes really noisy with a cracking sound esp. with that 1kw motor, has anyone fitted a gear sensor like that one:

Hello, I was advised  as follows when I enquired I received thos from Chris in the sales team
The derailleur issue has been solved already by replacing the cassette, the hanger, and adding the Gear Sensor (you can see our logo here: https://gearsensor.com/e-bike-brands). Adding the belt drive is not possible on our current frame because of the seat stay type.

I have a 100 % battery I engage the throttle no movement ...I lift  the bike up wheels do not spin when engaging the throttle

Based on our records, you do not have throttle on your bike.

Power is on / Battery 100%

Hello. Will I be able to add brake sensors to the Prime if I choose not to upgrade to the NSD?

Why is this even a question?  Is not public safety a concern of this company?   For the amount a person would pay for an e-bike this should be standard issue!  I would also be interested in fenders.   Why is everything so installation intensive?  I wouild even want turn signals for a bike that goes this fast!
Maybe I am misunderstanding these posts.  Does it come on the e-bike when it is ordered?

Headlights?

So I'm biking home tonight... and this thing shows up out of nowhere.   I now know that I can forcefully bunny-hop the Nireeka Homie in a pinch.   Emergency hopping a combined ~114kg (250lbs) was not fun, but I am not dead, and the bike took it like champ.   Almost 1000km ...
