Tail light isse on Revenant

On the sales page for the Revenant It says that the tail light is a "Smart Light" That havs a gyro when using the brake a brake light will come on. However talking to other Revenant owner's and my own experience this past week owning mine. That tail light does not Light up when applying the brakes. Max Shojaie will you please explain this reason why there is no brake light in the tail light as described
