Since shifting is sometimes really noisy with a cracking sound esp. with that 1kw motor, has anyone fitted a gear sensor like that one:

Hello, I was advised  as follows when I enquired I received thos from Chris in the sales team
The derailleur issue has been solved already by replacing the cassette, the hanger, and adding the Gear Sensor (you can see our logo here: https://gearsensor.com/e-bike-brands). Adding the belt drive is not possible on our current frame because of the seat stay type.

Can someone tell me how to set the tire size on the DP C18?  Also, what is the difference between ECO and sport? TIA

Looks like Bafang has made changes as time went on. My display has wheel size setting. Maybe Nireeka can give some advice? I would like the pas controls to be set to 9 levels since level 1 is too much in the 5 pas setting. I'm not sure if there is a way to add these features or it has to be programmed?

Hi all,
I am wondering if anyone has tried a left-side mounted mirror? If so, do you have the inside the grip area mount? Or, did you go with the clamp-on type and mount it next to the grip?

I appreciate any experiences with your choice.

I have a bar mount type on my Prime, but have the side mount on others. You can use either on the Prime. There are pros and cons for both. The top mount ones bounce some and the side mount can get knocked off easier if you trail ride. If you go with a top bar mount, check the size of the mount to see if you have room on the bar and that it has rubber shims to add or delete to give you a secure grip on the bar. Most are adjustable.. Either way any mirror is a good upgrade for safety.

Received after a long wait - BUT - everything was PERFECT!
Unpacking and putting together took all of 30 minutes as packed so well.
Watched a few unpacking videos on uTube -and everything went accordingly.
Received battery a month earlier - battery charger arrived with bike.
Charged, attached and off ...

if I upgrade the fork on the picture looks black I should received it with matching color with the frame, right? 
If I order now Oct 11th, How long it will arrived. here in Houston?

In this video the key step I am stuck at is not shown. The right side front axle nut is removed. Then the video skips to inserting the thru-axle from the opposite (left) side. It APPEARS that only the right side nut is removed, then the axle assembly easily slips out to the left side, with the left side nut (with the clockwise arrow and torque specs) still intact. But the video does not SHOW that. In my case, after the right side nut is removed, the axle absolutely will not move, will not slide out, does not rotate. What the ...? I currently have an expensive doorstop, with a wooden shipping brace still in place in the front fork. What next?

I’m a heavy rider and want to know the maximum payload weight for the different models. Which one would be suitable, if any for ~320 lbs (150kg) with gear?

I have a 100 % battery I engage the throttle no movement ...I lift  the bike up wheels do not spin when engaging the throttle

Headlights?

So I'm biking home tonight... and this thing shows up out of nowhere.   I now know that I can forcefully bunny-hop the Nireeka Homie in a pinch.   Emergency hopping a combined ~114kg (250lbs) was not fun, but I am not dead, and the bike took it like champ.   Almost 1000km ...
